All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/york/ _______________________________________________ JOHN EDWARD REICHARD WINDSOR, March 16 - John Edward Reichard, 38, husband of Mrs. Mary Young Reichard, 8 Heindel Avenue, Windsor and son of Daniel and the late Amanda Snyder Reichard, died yesterday at his home at 5:30 p.m. Death was attributed to a heart attack. Mr. Reichard had complained of not feeling well for the past few days but continued going about as usual until yesterday afternoon when he was forced to leave work. Surviving besides his wife and father are a daughter, Jacqueleen Lois; four brothers, Harry Reichard, Red Lion; Private Phillip Reichard, stationed with the army in the South Pacific theater of war; Ralph Reichard, Charlotte, N.C. and Stewart Reichard, Red Lion; five sisters, Mrs. Clarence Fillmore, Windsor; Mrs. Dally Reichard, Windsor; Mrs Paul Miller, Red Lion; Mrs. Charles Marker, Windsor and Miss Phyllis Reichard, Windsor He was a member of the Evangelical church for 18 years and of the Sunday School class taught by the Rev. S.F. Bingham. He was affiliated with the Windsor Fire company and was employed as a box breaker at the C. D. Myers Cigar Company, Red Lion. Funeral services will be conducted at the Burg funeral home, Red Lion, Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the Rev. S. F. Bingman officiating.
