MRS EDWARD S. RESSER

Mrs. Edwin S. Resser died Monday at her home in York on the eve of her 75th 
birthday. She was the former Clara May Spangler, daughter of the late Mr. and 
Mrs. Andrew Spangler, East Berlin. Her brother Lewis Spangler, died two weeks 
ago at York. Mrs. Resser is survived by her husband and a son. Luther S. Resser, 
of Youngstown, Ohio, three grandchildren; also by a sister Mrs. Robert Anderson, 
the former Fanny Spangler. The deceased was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran 
church, York. The funeral will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. from the Futer 
Funeral Home, 662 Linden Ave. York. The Rev. Gordon Folkemer, pastor of her 
church will officiate. Burial will in in Mt Rose cemetery.

Pallbearers Friday at the funeral for Mrs. Clara Mae Resser, nee Spangler, 
formerly of this place were Robert Spangler, Charles Spangler, Paul Spangler, 
John Resser, Edwin C. Resser and Lester Wolfe. Interment was in Mt. Rose 
Cemetery.
