George K. SCHAFFER

George K. SCHAFFER, 221 North Hartley street, died at 1:15 o'clock this morning 
at his home after a lingering illness from diabetes. Mr. Schaffer who was 74 
years old, had been confined to bed for the past six weeks. He leaves, in 
addition to his wife, one daugher, Mrs. C. F. BROWN 313 (213?) Hartley St., one 
brother J. K. SCHAFFER of Spring Grove, and two sisters, Mrs. Catherine REBERT 
(ROBERT?) and Mrs. Rebecca FISHEL, both of this city. Funeral services will be 
conducted over his body tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock by Rev. F. A. RUPLEY, 
pastor of Grace Reformed church. Interment will be made in Greenmount cemetery.
