Schuyler, an aged and well-known citizen of Hanover, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. S. Gerber, of No. 446 Baltimore street, at 3:15 Friday afternoon following a prolonged illness of infirmities. She was aged 84 years, 9 months and 7 days. The deceased was a daughter of the late James Messinger, and was born in Frederick County, Md., September 7, 1831. She was married Feb. 20, 185?, to the late John H. Schuyler, a miller. Mr. and Mrs. Schuyler moved to Hanover 46 years ago where the remainder of her life was spent. The husband died in 1904. The deceased leaves one daughter, Mrs. J. S. Gerber, with whom she resided; one granddaughter, Mrs. C. W. Martin, of Baltimore street; three sisters, Mrs. Thomas Flickinger, Mrs. Annie Harner, of Hanover; Miss Susan Harner, of Littlestown; two brothers, Martin Messinger, of Littlestown, and Ephraim Messinger, of York. Funeral Monday at 2 p.m., services at her late home, Rev. A. M. Heilman, of St. Matthew’s Lutheran church, of which the deceased was a member for many years, officiating. Interment in Mt.
