Railroad, at Relay. The man did not hear the approaching train, owing to the noise of his wagon. He was alone and as he crossed the track the engine struck, the rear-end of the wagon throwing it down an embankment totally demolishing it. The horse escaped injury. Sechrist was thrown from the wagon with such force that he never regained consciousness.
