Mrs. Tempeth Sheffer

Mrs. Sarah Sheffer, wife of Tempeth Sheffer, died August 22d, at her home in 
Penn township, near Parkville, of a complication of diseases, after a lingering 
illness.  She was aged 67 years, 7 months and 12 days.

She is survived by her husband, two sons, Tempeth and Charles Sheffer, and three 
daughters, Mrs. Alice Lynard, of York street, Hanover; Mrs. Eliza Krentler, of 
near Miller’s schoolhouse, and Mrs. Sophia Garrett, of near Hanover.
