Shryock Hanover, June 16. – Charles Franklin Shryock died at his home here on Sunday evening from a complication of diseases from which he had suffered for the past six months. His age was 58 years, 3 months and 10 days. Surviving him are his wife, a step-daughter, Mrs. J. L. Kaltreider, 553 York street; and seven brothers and two sisters: Mrs. W. B. Ervin, A. B. Shryock and Ashly V. Shryock, of Waynesboro; Miss Lillian M. Shryock, Philadelphia; Henry C. and George W. Shryock, of Fairfield; Harry P. Shryock, Gettysburg; Walter E. Shryock, of Gettysburg, and Walter E. Shryock, of Mt. Union, Pa. Adams County Independent, June 17, 1921 Note: Typed as written in newspaper. The name of Walter E. Shryock is listed twice.
