Franklin Shue

Franklin Shue died at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. 
Elmer Mitzel, East Lombard Street, at 9 a.m. today.  He was aged 75 years, 3 
months and 18 days.  He had been an invalid for many years, death resulting from 
pulmonary trouble and a dilated heart.  Surviving him are three children, Mrs. 
Elmer Mitzel, with whom he resided; Mrs. Calvin Hannigan, Cross Roads, and 
William Datters, York, and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Mary Shaul, 
Red Lion; Mrs. Anna Hess, Rinely; Mrs. Rebecca Lutz, of York, and Mrs. Lillie 
Miles and John Shue, Brogueville.  The funeral will be held from the home of his 
sister at 1 p.m. Thursday, with services at the house. The funeral will proceed 
to the Round Hill Presbyterian church, where concluding services will be held.  
Interment will be made in the adjoining cemetery.
