Mrs. Alice O. Slagle, widow of J. N. Slagle died at her home in Hanover Nov. 25, 
after an illness of two weeks aged 52 years, 8 months and 21 days.  She was a 
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Bair of Hanover and was married about 30 years 
ago to J. N. Slagle who died last July.  Funeral was held on last Wednesday, 
services by Rev. Ellis Hay, interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Hanover.  She 
leaves one son, J. Clair Slagle of Hanover and two brothers J. Emory Bair, 
Cashier of Gettysburg National Bank and G. Milton Bair of Hanover.  Mr. and Mrs. 
Bair attended funeral.
