On Aug. 21, 1915, at 3:30 p.m., at No. 422 North Water street, Zachariah 
Spangler, husband of Delilah J. Spangler, aged 71 years, 8 months and 8 days.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at his 
residence, No. 422 North Water street, Tuesday morning at 10 o’clock.  Interment 
at Greenmount cemetery.

Kindly omit flowers.

Zachariah Spangler

Zachariah Spangler, 422 North Water street, died at his residence Saturday 
afternoon at 2:30 o’clock.  Death was caused by cancer following a sickness of 
about a year.  He was 71 years old.  Mr. Spangler leaves his wife, Mrs. Deliah 
J. Spangler, and the following children by a former marriage:  Simon Spangler, 
York Haven; Wesley Spangler, Toulon, Ill.; Ernest Spangler, Middletown; Andrew 
Spangler, this city; Mrs. Charles Sipe, Windsor Park, and Mrs. Alma Moul, 
Windsor Park.  Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock 
by the Rev. Charles Aurand, pastor of the Grace Lutheran church, assisted by the 
Rev. E. F. Wiest, pastor of the Heidelberg Reformed church.  Interment will be 
Greenmount cemetery.
