Mrs. J. J. Stokes, 77 of Manoz Dies; Service is Sunday.

Mrs. Susan Stokes, 77, for 22 years a resident of Manoa, PA, died suddenly of a 
stroke November 21 at her home, 128 Washington Ave. She came to this country 
about 54 years ago from her native Ireland.

Wife of the late John Joseph Stokes, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. A. E. 
Lee, of Arlington Heights, Ill; three sons, John Joseph of Lewis, Del., Joseph L 
at home and William of Lianerch; 7 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Service was Saturday from the Stroud Funeral Home, Philadelphia, and burial was 
in Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA.
