She was aged 84 years and one month. Death was due to a complication of diseases and followed an illness from dropsy about 6 weeks in duration. Her parents were the late Jacob and Lydia (Trone) Mummert who resided about 5 miles from Hanover. The deceased was married in 1860. She was a lifelong member of St Matthew's Lutheran Church. Surviving are her husband who is (looks like- 88 years of age) and the following children. Lewis(? ink blot) Swartzbaugh and Mrs. Charles Craumer West Middle Street. George Swartzbaugh, Lancaster and Mrs. Edward F Poist McSherrystown. Also surviving are her two sisters Mrs. Elisabeth ( hard to read this name ) Hock Mrs. Mary Mummert Baer Ave 24 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held at 3 o'clock with services at the house. The Rev. (can't read this entire section) Interment will take place in Mt Olivet Cemetery.
