His funeral took place on Wednesday 23rd at Hopewell Presbyterian church of which he had been a member for 33 years. an impressive service was conducted by his pastor Rev. G. H. Ettlick, assisted by Rev. Ramsay, of the U.P. church, of which he was a member in earlier life. He leaves, beside his widow, who was Miss Mary Ann Heaps of Harford County, two sons, Archibald H. and David C. Wallace, and five daughters. Mrs. Levi Henry, Mrs. J. H. Andrews, Mrs. Wm Veach and Misses Elizabeth and Sallie Wallace. Two sons died years ago, and 15 grand children survive him. He was a loving and devoted husband and father.
