Miss Emma E. Wiest

Stricken with apoplexy just as she was about to take breakfast, Miss Emma E. Wiest died Tuesday morning at the family 
residence, in York.  A brother, Harry S. Wiest, a member of the firm of P. Wiest’s sons, survives her.  Miss Wiest had been 
suffering the past several weeks from a dilated heart.  She seemed, however, to be feeling well when her breakfast, which she 
had been in the habit of taking in her room was brought up to her.  Just as she was about to eat, she was stricken and died shortly 
afterward.  Miss Wiest was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Wiest, deceased.
