Wilson Funeral services were conducted on Saturday afternoon at his late residence, followed by interment in the Thompson cemetery, for Howard S. Wilson, aged 69 years, who died on Wed. at his home in Cherry Tree. The deceased, who lived for over a half century in Montgomery township, was one of the substantial residents of that community, where he was held in high esteem for his many fine traits of character. For many years he held membership with the Bowdertown Evangelical church and was interested in many worthwhile community activities. Born in Wrightsville, York county, October 17, 1862, he came to this county in 1875 and located in Montgomery township. He was married in November, 1891, to Miss Emma Bostic, of Montgomery township, who survives with three children, Deputy Sheriff Eugene Wilson, of town; H. Stanley Wilson, of Gallitzin, and Mrs. I. E.
