JOHN ZIEGLER

John Ziegler, aged sixty-eight, died at the family residence, 630 Chestnut 
street, yesterday morning at 4:30 o'clock.  Death was due to pneumonia.  Mr. 
Ziegler was, until the time of his death, boss carpenter in the York yards of 
the Pennsylvania Railroad company.  He was a member of Goldsboro lodge, No. 7--, 
Independent Order of Odd Fellows.  He is survived by his wife and the following 
brothers: Aaron and Harry S. Ziegler, both of this city, and Z-ro Ziegler, 
Ebert, Wash.  The funeral will be held from the family residence next Monday 
afternoon at 3 o'clock.  Rev. Dr. M. E. Swartz, pastor of the First Methodist 
Episcopal church, will officiate.  Interment will be in Prospect Hill cemetery.
