Gitt - Plowman

George N. Gitt, son of George D. Gitt and wife, of Frederick Street, and Miss 
Lila S. Plowman, daughter of Mrs. Amelia Plowman, of Baltimore Street, were 
married quietly last evening at 9 o'clock at the parsonage of St. Mark's 
Lutheran Church, on Abbottstown Street, by Rev. Dr. Charles M. Stock.  This 
morning they left on the 6:15 train on a wedding tour of a week or ten days to 
Harrisburg and other points.  The groom is associated with his father in the 
Hanover glove factory.  Both bride and groom are popular in social circles and 
their many friends extend hearty congratulations and good wishes.
