Spangler, principal of the Boys’ Grammar School, No. 43, of the York Public Schools, left last Friday evening for Baltimore, where he was quietly united in marriage with Miss Anna L. Darrough, of Gilroy, California. The lady accompanied by her father, Thomas Darrough, Esq., has just made the long journey across the continent to make York her future home. Miss Darrough is a cultured and accomplished lady, favorably known in educational circles in the vicinity of San Francisco. Mr. Spangler has been connected with the Public Schools of York, for more than ten years, and has a wide circle of friends and acquaintances throughout this section.
