And first I direct that my body be decently interred in the Graveyard at Zion according to the rites and ceremonies of the Methodist Church. And it is my will that Rev Wm. Leib preach the sermon. As to such estate as it hath pleased God to intrust me with I dispose of the same as follows viz: I give and bequeath to my Sister Debra Wambaugh the sum of one hundred dollars. I give and bequeath to my Sister Betsy Davis the sum of one hundred dollars. I give and bequeath to Conrod Lanius my Gold Watch. I give and bequeath to Joseph Shirey Hershey, all my wareing (spelled this way) aperel that he can ware (spelled this way). What he cant ware I bequeath to Wesley Wambaugh. I give and bequeath to my sister Betsy Davis my bed and beding. All the rest and residue of my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever, of what nature, kind and quality soever the same may be, and not hereinbefore given and disposed of the paying my debts, legacies, and funeral expenses. I give and bequeath unto Joseph Shirey Hershey to his own use and benefit absolutely. It is my will that I have a decent and respectable Tombstone. And I do hereby constitute and appoint Robert S. McDonald sole executor of this my last Will and Testament. In Witness Whereof I Conrad Badders the Testator have to this my will written on sheets of paper set my hand and seal this fifth day of October A.D. one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five.
