In the name of God: Amen. I John Bahn, Senr. of the township of Shrewsbury in York County and State of Penna; being of sound mind, memory and understanding, praise to God for the same - do hereby make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in nammer and form as follows to wit: I will and direct that all my just debts funeral expenses with a decent and a reasonable tomb stone to my grave. I wish to be buried in the Lutheran graveyard in Shrewsbury. 2. It is my will and I direct that after my death, all my effects both real and personal shall be appriased, and after all the expenses above named are paid, then the balance shall be equally divided share and share alike amongst my children. 3. I do hereby appoint my son John Adam Bahn my Executor with full power to execute a deed to his brother Levi provided he the said Levi Bahn fulfills his contract made with me. In testimony whereof I the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this Seventeenth day of May A.D. 1870."
