Bahn, deceased. In the name of God Amen. I Samuel L. Bahn of the township of Manchester - in the County of York and state of Pennsylvania being of sound mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. And as to such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to entrust me with I dispose of the same as follows viz: I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Susan Bahn the use of all my estate Real personal and mixed of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my death during her natural life and in case that she the said Susan Bahn should desire that any of my Real or personal estate should be sold my Executor hereinafter named shall sell the same and the moneys derived from the sale of the same shall be paid to the said Susan Bahn. She to have the right to dispose of the same as she thinks proper. And I direct that after the death of my wife aforesaid all my estate shall be converted into cash and the money to be equally divided share and share alike amongst all my children. And I do hereby vest in my executor full power and authority to sign seal execute and acknowledge all such deed or deeds of conveyances as may be requisite or necessary for the granting or assuring my Real estate to the purchaser or purchasers of thereof in as full and large a manner in every respect as I myself could do if living. And I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Frederick M. Bahn the Executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighth day of July A.D. one thousand Eight hundred and eighty two, 1882." "Memorandum. Samuel L.
