N. Bahn I Samuel N. Bahn of the Borough of York, County of York and State of Pennsylvania do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills by me heretofore made. First. I direct my dwelling house and lot of ground on North George Street in the Borough of York to be sold by my Executor hereinafter named, for the payment of my just debts. Second. I direct my said Executor to retain, as part of my estate, my interest in the Christian Bender Ore Lease, situate in Carroll township, York County, and also my interest in the mining implements, tools and machinery in use there, and direct him to continue the mining operation there, so long as in his judgement it shall seem profitable, and to pay over from time to time, unto my beloved wife Barbara M. Bahn my share of the net profits of such mining operaton so long as said operation shall be by him continued after my decease, if she shall so long remain my widow. Third. In case said mining operaton shall at any time be by him, my said Executor deemed unprofitable, he shall sell out all my interest in said Lease, and mining implements, tools and Machinery, and shall invest the net proceeds of such sale or sales, as he may deem best, and pay the interest thereof annually to my said wife, so long as she remains my widow. Fourth. All the residue of my estate not hereinbefore disposed of, I give and bequeath to my said wife for her use so long as she remain my widow. Fifth. In case of the remarriage of my said wife my estate shall then be converted into money and divided into three equal parts one of which or one third thereof shall be paid to my said wife, and the other two thirds thereof shall be equally divided among my children. Sixth. In case of the death of my said wife during her widowhood, my estate then remaining shall be converted into money and divided among my children share and share alike. Lastly. I hereby affpoint my dear friend C.S. Stoner of Hellam township my partner in the ore mining, to be sole Executor of this my will.
