I, Henry Blessing Sr. of the township of Hellem in the County of York, State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and understanding, do make this my last will and testament in the following manner to wit: I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be fully paid and satisifed as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I give and bequeath to my two daughters all my furniture, beds, and bedding, carpets, chairs, china and queensware, stoves, tubs and all my other household goods and kitchen furniture. I give and bequeath to my son William One Dollar, to my son Henry One Dollar, and to my Son Edward One Dollar to be paid to them as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I hereby direct my executor, hereinafter mentioned, to sell all my real and the balance of my personal property, either by public or private sales, and divide the proceeds as follows. One share to my daughter Elizabeth, one share to my daughter Leah, and one share to my son George and the other share to my executor hereinafter mentioned in trust to be put on interest from time to time, the interest to be paid to my son Frederick annually during his life and after his death to his widow if any during her widowhood and after the death of both of them or the second marriage of his widow the proceeds to be equially divided among his children share and share alike. And further if my said son shall request and my executor think it advisable, he may with the proceeds bequeathed to my executor in trust as above mentioned purchase a property for my son Frederick, the title to be taken in the name of my executor hereinafter mentioned in trust for my son Frederick during his life and after his death to his wife during her widowhood. After the death of both of them, or second marriage of his widow, the property to be sold, and the money to be equally divided between his children share and share alike, the interest and property herein given, is for the maintenance for my son Frederick and to be in no wise? liable for any of his debts now contracted or that may hereinafter be contracted by him. As the same is wholly given for the maintenance of himself, wife and children as above mentioned. And I do hereby constitute and appoint my friend A. Hiestand as? sole exector of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I Henry Blessing Sr. the testator have to this my will, written on one sheet of paper, set my hand, seal and mark, this seventh day of November, A.D. One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy Two 1872.
