Busey, of the City of York, in the state of Pennsylvania, Mechanic [underlined], being of sound disposing mind and memory, do make and ordain my last will and testament in manner following, to wit: I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be fully paid and satisfied by my Executrix hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. All the rest residue and remainder of my estate, real personal and mixed whatsoever and wheresoever, I order and direct, that the same by placed into the hand and custody of my beloveth wife :Amanda Busey and to remain hers for her use and her benefit so long as she shall remain my widow. And further I direct that after the death of my beloveth wife or in case she should remarry immediately after such marriage, my entire estate, real personal and mixed shall at once be given deviseth and bequeathed to my daughter Minnie L. Busey. And further I direct and appoint that my said beloved wife Amanda shall have the Guardianship and tuition of my said daughter during her minority so long as she shall continue sole. And I do hereby constitute and appoint my said wife LAmanda Busey sole Executrix with power to waive and dispense with valuation and appraisement, of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I, Charles H. Busey the Testator have to this my will written on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this 19th day of October A.D. one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven."
