BURNS, White Hall MD in favor of William P NORRIS on 12 April 1844 ------- LETTERS TESTAMENTARY granted to Wilbur P. NORRIS on 2 Aril 1844 ------ APPRAISAL dated 2 May 1944 by Vernon H. KUNKLE had property valued at $1500 in Fawn Twp on the road from New Park to Draco 6 acres adjoining the property of J. Mont McGINNIS and Mrs. Wm. GAMBLE goods of $117.75 ------ INVENTORY taken 18 Apr 1844 by Orion W. HESS and Melvin HANNIGAN ----- ADMINISTRATION ACCOUNT by Wilbur P. NORRIS administrator dated 6 Dec 1944 estate of Ella B. BUTCHER died 20 Mar 1944 unmarried, living to survive her, a sister Sister got entire estate of $500.42 after expenses buried at Centre Presbyterian Cemetery, Lot No 111, New Park, York Co, PA property sold for $846.35 had mortgage of 705.85 ---- BOND filed by Wilbur NORRIS for $2400 to sell property of the deceased because it was insufficient to pay debts of the decd. ----- PROPERTY: Tract No 1 BEGINNING at a stone by the Cross Roads and running in the Public Road South thirteen and one half degrees West, sixteen and five tents perches to a tone; thence by land of Roland HEAPS South sixty and one-half degrees East, eight perches and nine tenths to a stone; thence by land of Lottie DOLL North eighteen degrees East, eighteen and one tenth perches to a stone by the Pubic Road; thence along said Road north sixty-eight and one-hale degrees West, ten perches and one tenth to a stone and place of BEGINNING, Containing one Acre neat measure be the same more or less. It being the same tract of land which John B. GEMMILL and Agnes M. GEMMILL, his wife, by their deed dated March 19, 1883 sold and conveyed unto George BUTCHER, who died seized thereof, and by his last Will and Testament dated April 8, 1930 devised unto his wife, Ella B. BUTCHER, now deceased. Said deed being recorded in the Recorder's Office of York County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book 7D, page 274. TRACT NO 2 BEGINNING at a stone, North sixty-eight degrees West, twenty- two and four tenths perches to a stump, a corner of lands of James W. BROWN Estate and Helen GAMBLE; thence by lands of said Helen GAMBLE South twenty-two and one-fourth degrees West, thirty-two and two tenths perches to a stone; thence by lands of J. Mont McGINNIS South sixty five degrees East, twenty- eight and five tenths perches to a stone; thence by lands of Priscilla JENKINS North three degrees West, six perches to a stone; thence North fourteen and one-fourth degrees East, twenty-eight and five tenths perches to the place of BEGINNING. Containing five acres and eight perches neat measure, be the same more or less. It being the same tract of land which William H. SCOTT and Sarah A. SCOTT, his wife, by their deed dated March 31, 1893 sold and conveyed unto George S. BUTCHER, who died seized thereof, and by his last Will and Testament devised the same unto his wife E..a B. BUTCHER, now deceased. Said deed being recorded in the Recorder's Office of York County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book 9P, page 582. --- Income from above property was $100 per annum.
