BUTCHER, Fawn Township, York County, Pennsylvania written 8 April 1930 York County Archives, York, Pennsylvania (transcribed from original record 30 May 2003) I George S. BUTCHER of Fawn Township, York County, State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding do make and publish and declare the following as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: I direct all my just debts, if any, to be paid by my executrix as soon after my decease as possible. All the rest and residue of my estate, real, personal or mixed, wheresoever situate of found, or to which I may be entitled at the time of my decease, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Ella B. BUTCHER, her heirs and assigns. I nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife, Ella B. BUTCHER, Executrix of this my last will and testament.
