CRAMER late of Manheim Township York County, Pennsylvania Will book 3G, page 353 written 3 Feb 1920 death: 14 Sept 1922 executrix: Ellen Jane CRAMER, wife ----- In the name of God Amen I Chester H. CRAMER of Manheim Township York County and Sate of Pennsylvania being of Sound mind memory and understanding do make and publish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST. I order my body to be decently buried and my funeral expenses and just debts paid out of my estate. SECOND. I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Ellen Jane CRAMER the home stead where we now reside, situate in Manheim Township York County Pennsylvania. Including Five acres and ninety perches of land purchased from Theadore Y. WENER, executor of the estate of Edward S. WENER deceased, and eleven acres and one hundred and seven purches purchased from Lovina BANGE administrix of the estate of Noah BANGE deceased and en acres and one hundred and fifty-eight pueches purched from Tobias E. WOLFGANG and Henry W. SMITH assignees of Eli WOLFGANG and wife, also including part of my larger farm, situate in said Township and adjoining my homestead, along with sixty-eight and one-half degrees West, one hundred twenty-six and two tenths perches line, to a stone, thence along the north fifty-four and one quarter degrees East, live to a stone, at lands of Oliver SMITH and John POOLE; thence in a North Western direction to a point; thence in a South Western direction to the place of Beginning, containing twenty-acres more or less, as appearing on a certain draft. Indicated by lead pencil dots. the date of said draft being April 28th 1918. In Trust for and during her natural life, If she so long remain my widow. THIRD. I also give devise and bequeath unto my said wife Ellen Jane CRAMER, all my personal property, including my live stock. farming implements, house lived furniture, and all moneys outstanding of whatsoever native kind o r quality the same may be, absolutely, my intention is that my said wife shall pay the purchase money for the farm which I contracted with William NEWCOMER, situate in Carroll County and State of Maryland containing eighty nine acres more or less, and I hereby authorize her to pay for the same and to have the deed to said farm made in the name of my said wife. FOURTH. My other farm situate in Manheim Township York county, Pennsylvania, (except about twenty acres above mentioned, which is intended to go to my homestead. It being the farm purchased from the executors of the estate of Cornelous R. WENTZ deceased, also a certain wood lot purchased from Melia A. SHUE administrator of Adam F. SHUE deceased containing eleven acres and eighty three perches. I give in the case of my said wife, Ellen Jane CRAMER, to hold the same at her pleasure. And at any time she may desire, she my said wife, may sell he said farm and wood lot, either at public or privae sale, and I hreby authorize and empower her my said wife, to sign, seal execute and deliver a deed or deeds to t he purchser or purchaserers there of, in fee simple. And the money derived from the sale of said farm and wood lot, I give devise and bequeath unto all of my children, their heirs, in equal share, share and share alike. FIFTH. After the death of my said wife, all the property there remaining, and not used by my said wife including the home stead above bequeathed to her I give and bequeath unto all of my children their heirs, in equal share, share and share alike. And lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Ellen Jane CRAMER, Sole Executrix, of this my last will and Testament. ------ In Witness where of I Chester H.
