This Is My Last Will and Meaning, That My Wife Anna Margretha shall have all what I shall we as do real estate or debts which I shall lead in her hands till the time when my Daniel shall arrive at age Then my two boys to wit Helfer and Daniel shall have the place or plantation for 300 pounds, the state police, and pay the remainder to the other children what of rights ought to be paid them. But if the two boys will not take the plantation for the price of 300 pounds then shall my wife have the Right to keep all in her hands till she shall have made her will, yet if the two boys will keep the place for the said the 300 pounds, then shall the Mother with the executors make a public vendue on all what she shall have in Hands and give to each of what belongs to him out of my estate except Helfor shall have five pounds aforehand over and above all the children; But my son-in-law has two years liberty to live on the place after my decease And all the working Tools which I bought provided for him shall not be charged hired to him than what I paid for the same. The new house which is not finished show be completed out of my estate and the same shall after my Decease be her seat of Dowrer or widowhood, and there shall be a four square piece of ground according to the four corners of the house to be laid off, opposite the frame and which shall contain five acres, from the place and the house together with the five acres she shall keep former widdow seat. after her decease the guardians (executors) may divide and share the same amongst the children according to their best judgment so as will be just and equitable. My way shall have liberty entered Daniel shall arrived at his age, to take out of all of the cattle 1 shall in a followed yearly for her and no one to offer to touch with a claim to her bed which shall remain free for her. In this I confirm with my Hand, that all the above mentioned shall be kept and held. And effective to herein named guardians (executors) to what, Jacob SCHERER and Helfer KRAMER will deal just and right in my affairs, which I do testify before witnesses, with my own hand.
