ITEM I give an bequeath unto Eve Elisabeth my Dearly beloved wife sixty pounds of money and her bed and a cow and the third of all the housel furnetur. ITEM I give and devise unto my second son Philip the Plantation where he now lives on for five hundred pounds. ITEM my said son Philip is to give to my said wife room in the house and my said wife shall have liberty to live in my said dwelling house, her Natural Life and my son Philip shall give to her yearly and every year the sum of twelve bushel of wheat and three bushel of Ry and fifty pound of Pork and twenty pound of Beef and six bushel of Potatoes and the third part of the garden and eight pound of basket flax and six pounds of tow and one pair of shoes and two pound of wool and the son said Philip is to keep her a cow in good father. ITEM my said son Phillip is to pay thirty pounds yearly and every year til the whole of the five hundred pound is paid and to begin in one year after the old mans deth. (spelled this way) ITEM my said son John is to pay twenty five pound yearly til the whole is paid and he is to begin in five year from this Date. ITEM my eldest son Henry is to have ten pounds before hand out of my estate and all the rest is to be devided among all my children and my son Henry is to have twenty five pound after my Desace (spelled this way). ITEM and my daughter Annamary is to have one hundred pound after my deceace. ITEM and my daughter Margaret is to have twenty pounds in six months after my Decease. A I do have to make and Nomenate my Well beloved son Henry Cramer and my Well beloved son Philip Cramer to be the Executors of this my Last will and testment. And I do here by do untterly disolve revoke and dis annul all and every other former testament wills Legacies and Executors By me in any ways before this time. Named willed and bequeathed ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament. In Witness where of I have here unto set my Hand and Seal the Day and year first within written Signed Published Pronounced and Declaired by the said Helfrich Cramer as his last will and testament in the presence of us the subscribed as witnesses her to. Register for the Probabte of Wills and granting letters of Administration in and for the County of York in the State of Pennsylvania personally came William Michael (spelled as Michael) and Frederick Reitz the two subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing. And on their solemn Oath Do personally say that they were personally persent and saw and heard the above named Helfrig Cramer sign his name unto and seal and publish the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament and that at the time of this doing thereof he thesaid Helfrig Cramer was of a Sound and disposing Mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief and that they subscribed their name thereof as witnesses in the presence of the siad testator and at his request and also in the presence of each othe at the same time.
