And first, I direct that my body be decently interred, and that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding with my estate and situation in life, and also that my grave be marked with a suitable tombstone. As to such estate as it hath pleased God to intrust me with, I dispose of the same as follows, viz: As to the real estate I hold in common with Leah ZIMMERMAN formerly Leah SHERMAN, I value my undivided moriety or one-half at the sum of six hundred ($600.00) dollars, and if the said Leah ZIMMERMAN her heirs or assigns elect to take said moriety or undivided-half at said valuation. I direct my executor hereinafter named to sign, seal, execute and acknowledge a deed for the same to the said Leah ZIMMERMAN her heirs and assigns. And if the said Leah ZIMMERMAN her heirs and assigns shall not elect to take it at that valuation then I direct my said executor to sell it at public sale; (as well as all personal property,) and execute a deed to the purchaser thereof for the same. All moneys realized from said sales or from any source, whatever, after paying my debts, funeral expenses, collateral inheritance tax and costs of settling my estate, I give and bequeath unto my step-sisters and step-brothers as follows viz: One-sixth to my step-sister Leah ZIMMERMAN her heirs and assigns; One-sixth to my step-sister Christian BRODBECK her heirs and assigns: One-sixth to my step-sister Harriet ALBAUGH her heirs and assigns; One-sixth to my step-brother Elias CRAMER his heirs and assigns; One-sixth to my step-brother Henry S. CRAMER his heirs and assigns and, remaining... One-sixth to the heirs of my step-sister Mary KOLLER now deceased. And I do hereby constitute and appoint my nephew W. H. BRODBECK Esq. Executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I Julian Priscilla CRAMER, the Testatrix, have to this my will, set my hand and seal this ninth day of April A. D. 1890.
