ITEM. I give and bequeath to Sarah Salome CREMER (daughter of my son Charles deceased, the sum of fifty dollars, to be paid her six months after my death for her faith services rendered me during my life time. ITEM. I hereby order and direct that all my Real and Personal Estate be sold as soon as conveniently can be done by my executor (hereafter named) All my wearing aparell exepted, and divided as follows to wit., The one half of the proceeds of all my real and personal Estate I give and bequeath to my son Joseph E. CREMER and to his heirs and assignes, And the One Half to the children of my son Charles CREMER deceased Namely Sarah Salome CRAMER, Ann Maria CREMER, Amelia CREMER, John CREMER, and Joseph CREMER and their respective heirs and assigns, But if any of the children of my son Charles deceased should die before the age of twenty one years, without leaving lawful Issue, then the share of such deceased child Shall be divided among the remaining Children of my son Charles, deceased. Share and share alike. ITEM, All my wearing Aparell I give and bequeath to my three grand children of my son Charles deceased (namely, Sarah Salome CREMER, Ann Maria CREMER and Amelia CREMER, to be divided among them share and share alike. And lastly, I nominate constitute and appoint my son Joseph E. CREMER to be the executor of this my last will, hereby revoking all other wills leegacies and bequeth by me heretofore made and declaring this and not other to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have herewith set my hand and seal this third day of November One thousand Eight hundred and fifty five (1855) SIGNED: Salome CRAMER (original signature) WITNESSES: Geo. TRONE A. W. EICHELBERGER The above witnesses testified on 23 April 1856, they saw the will signed. Memorandum that letters testamentary on the foregoing Will of Salome CREMER decd were duly granter to Joseph E. CREMER executor named in said Will on the 23rd day of April A.
