Daniel CREMER of West Manchester Twp decd 
York County, Pennsylvania
written: 13 Jan 1836
proved: 8 Mar 1836
In the name of God Amen I David Cremer of the township of West Manchester in 
the County of york considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being 
weak of body but of sound mind memory and understanding Blessed Be the 
Almighty God for the same do make and publish this my last will and testament 
in manner and form following that is to say;; I give and bequeath and divise 
unto my three sons Albert Jacob Cremer, Edmund Daniel Cremer and John Andrew 
Cremer all that messuage or tenement with the appurtenances situate lying and 
being in Buttostown in the township and county aforesaid to hold to thiem the 
said Albert Jacob Cremer, Edmund Danial Cremer and John Andrew Cremer their 
heirs and assigns forever said sessuage and tenment withthe appertenances to 
be equally divided between my said sons. I hereby aughorize and empower my 
executors herein after named to sell as much of the personal property as shall 
be necessary for the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses and 
that the residue of my said personal property together with the real above 
mentioned be and remain in the possession of and fro the use of my beloved 
wife Anna Mary Cremer and my said children to be occupied and used by herand 
then so long as she shall remain a widow and no longer. And in case that any 
of my said children died, then the share or part to which he or they are or 
may be entitled to go to and be be qually divided between the survivor or 
survivors, share and share alike. And further I do hereby ordain and appoint 
my brother Jacob Cremer the sole executor of this my last will and testament.  
In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal the thirteenth day of 
January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty six.
