I Jacob CREMER of the Borough of York, being of sound mind & memory, do make & publish this my last will and testament in form following to wit: FIRST, My will is and I hereby order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid and discharged. ITEM, I hereby order and direct my executor hereinafter named to pay to my son John, out of any money which may be in his hands, the sum of one hundred dollars, oveer and above his equal share of my estate, as hereinafter mentioned, in full satisfaction of any remaining claim which he may have on me for services. ITEM, I hereby give devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estat real and personal to my beloved wife Margaret to have and to hold the same to her for and during her natual life - the said personal estate to be delivered to her without demanding or taking any secirity from her for the bnefit of those entitled in remainder as hereinafter mntioned. ITEM, My will is, and I hereby order and direct that after the decease of my said wife my excutor shall, as soon as convenient, make sale of all my real and personal estate for the highest and best price that can be had for the same, and of the money arising therefrom I give and bequeath one equal fourth part to each of my sons Daniel Jacob (there was no comma after Jacob) and John, and one half of the remaining fourth part to my daughter Mary intermarried with Martin AUSTIN. The other half of the said remaining fourth part shall be and remain in the hands of my executor for the sole and separate use of my said daughter, the interest to be paid to her annually on her own separate receipt, and the principal at her death shall go to and be divided among her children in equal shares. Lastly I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my friend Martin DANNER executor of this my last will and testament revoking and annulling all other wills and testments heretofore made.
