All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/york/ _______________________________________________ Book KK p 525-7 York County Archives, 150 Pleasant Acres Road, York, PA 17402 I, George FISHEL of Monaghan Twp, York County and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say, First and principally, I commit my soul unto the hands of Almighty God, and my body to the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my executor herinafter mentioned and named, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth after all my debts and funeral expenses are paid, all the land, buildings, and contents of the home where I now live, to be used and enjoyed by her for her support, during her natural life. And after the death of my said beloved wife Elizabeth, I give and bequeath the said real estate (personal property excepted) to my son Devo O. Fishel. The remainder of my real estate to be sold and the proceeds of the same to be divided equally between my children, share and share alike. I nominate, constitute and appoint my son Devo O. Fishel to be the executor of this my last will and testament, with full power and authority to carry all its provisions into effect. In witness whereof, I, George Fishel, the testator have to this my last will and testament hereunto set my hand and seal this ninth day of April, AD, 1896. Will written 09 Apr 1896.
