In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 27th. day of February 1798. Catherine X Kettemann Witness Adam Leonard and Niniam Chamberlain York, York County, Pennsylvania Know all men by these presents, that we Ludwich Wagoner, George Jeneweine, John McCreary and Alexander Lackey Esq. all of Mountpleasant Township in the County of York, are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the sum of Two Thousand Dollars to be paid to the said Commonwealth, to which payment will and truly be made, we bind ourselves jointly and severally for and in the whole, our Heirs, Executors and Administrators firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals, dated the twenty seventh day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety eight. The condition of this Obligation is such, That if the above bounded Ludwig Wagoner and George Jenewein, administrators of all singular the goods and credits of Michael Ketteman late of Mountpleasant Township aforesaid, deceased, do make, or cause to be made, a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased, which have or shall come to the hands, possession or knowledge of them the said Ludwig Wagoner and George Jenewein or into the hands and possessions of any other person or persons for them and the same so made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited into the Registers Office in the County of York, at or before the twenty seventh day of March next ensuing; and the same goods, chattels and credits and all other the goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased at the time of his death which at any time after shall come to the hands or possession of the said Ludwig Wagoner and George Jenewein or into the hands and possessions of any other person or persons for them do well and truly administer according to law. OC/H-145--7 Nov. 1800--Jacob Ketterman aged 17 years chose Henry Miller Esq. for his guardian. H--137 says: Came into Court Catherine Katerman Widow of Michael Katerman deceased and prayed the Court to appoint Ludwith Waggoner guardian over the Persons and Estates of Peter Katerman aged thirteen years and upwards, Catherine aged twelve years and upward, Rebecca aged six years and upwards, Anna aged four years and upwards, and Michael aged two years and upwards, Minor orphaned children of said deceased. Whereupon the Court on consideration appoint the said Ludwith Waggoner guardian over the persons and estates of said monors. H--137 continued; Came into Court Susannah Katerman, aged seventeen years and upwards, and Mary Katerman, aged fifteen years and upwards, minor orphan children of Michael Katerman deceased, and prayed the Court to permit them to choose a guardian, upon consideration on being asked by the Court the named Ludwich Waggoner, The Court approve of the choice and appoint the said Ludwich guardian over the Persons and estates of said minors. H--145 says; Came into Court Jacob Kitterman aged seventeen years and upwards and prayed to be permitted to chose a guardian and on being asked by the Court named Henry Miller, the guardian over the person and estate of said minor.
