All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/york/ ________________________________________________ WILL Leah KOCH of Dillsburg Boro decd filed Sept 17, 1870 Book Y No 24 Page 17 --- In the name of God Amen I Leah Koch of the county of York and state of Pennsylvania Being of sound mind and memory Praised Be God for it and and knowing the uncertainty (spelled this way) of the time which I have to live and to be the better prepared to leave this world when ever it may please my God to call me thence Do publish this my last will and testament in manner following to wit. -- 1st I commit my soul to my creator who gave it hoping to be pardoned of all sins through Jesus Christ my Redeemer Amen and to such worldly estate as it has pleased Got to entrust me with I ....of as follows to wit. --- 1st I will and bequeath to my son George Koch the sum of one dollar and also to son Wm. Koch the like sum of one dollar and to my son Peter the same of one dollar and to my son Daniel the sum of one Dollar and to my daughter Sarah and Eve E. intermarried with George Spangler and Cornelius Schrmer. Each the same one dollar and also to my son John Koch deceased the sum of one dollar to be divided equally in amongst his children and to the Balance of my Estate real and personal after the above sums are paid together with my other debt owing at the time of my death and my funeral expenses are all paid I will and bequeath to my daughter Mary A. Koch now Mary Lonkard (possibly Lankard) my executrix of this my last will and testament witness my hand and seal this 26th day of September 1864.
