And as to such wordly estate as it hath pleased God to entrust me with, I dispose of the same as follows: FIRST. I direct tha all my debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as possible out of the first moneys that shall come into the hands of my Executor from any portion of my estate. SECOND. I order and direct that by Executor shall have an appraisement made of all my estate both real and personal by two disinterested persons chosen by my executor. THIRD. I give and bequesth unto my beloved wife Three hundred dollars wirth of personal property as is allowed by the state laws to widows of decedents. FOURTH. I give and bequesth unto my son Henry KRAMER the sum of Two hundred and fifty dollars to be paid to him by my executor out of my estate within one year after my decease and the sum of twenty five dollars within one year after the decease of my beloved wife Lena KRAMER, in full her share out of all my estate. FIFTH. I give and bequeath unto my son Frederick KRAMER the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars, to be paid to him by my executors, out of my estate, within one year after my decease, and the sum of twenty five dollars, within one year after the decease of my beloved wife Lena KRAMER, in full his share out of all my estate. SIXTH. Further I order and direct that one third of the appraised value of my real estate shall be and remain in my real estate during the lifetime of my beloved wife Lena KRAMER ior in case of sale of said real estate then one third of the purchase money after deducting legal expenses to be and remaain in said real estate during the lifetime of my beloved wife Lena KRAMER. The interest of said one third of apprised or sale value to be paid said Lena KRAMER annually during her lifetime. SEVENTH. Further I order and direct that should my wife Lena KRAMER and my son John KRAMER and my daughter Mary KRAMER, at he time of the decease of my beloved wife Lena KRAMER, my son John KRAMER and my daughter Mary KRAMER, may sell the sum at public sale and convey the same to the purchasers thereof the same as I could do were I living. EIGHTH. And further I order and direct that at the death of my beloved wife Lena KRAMER (my beloved wife). I give and bequeath unto my son John KRAMER and my daughter Mary KRAMER, share and share alike, of all my estate both real and personal remaining. NINTH. Any real estate remaining in my name at the time of the decease of my beloved wife Lena KRAMER, my son John KRAMER and my daughter Mary KRAMER may sell the said real estate at Public sale, and to give the purchaser thereof deed or deeds of conveyance the same as I could do were I living. TENTH. And further I do ordain and appoint my beloved son John KRAMER executor of this my last will and testament.
