The last will and testament of Robert McFers-on, he orders to his wife fifty pounds of his, Estate to be paid as she stand-in ride of it besides a convertible way of living and if she does not see it proper to live in the house with her Son I oblige him to build her a convertible house beside himself and the to monitor her during her day I order to my Son Hugh Davies A mare and two colts that th~ Go breed himself. I order to my Daughter Jane fifty pounds to be paid when she is married only what she wants for her nursery and she is to be under the govern of their mother but if her mother do not live in the house with her Son till he be married I order my Daughter Jane to be house keeper for him and no longer and the hundred pounds above mentioned is to be without interest, I order to James Wright a colt of the mare I bought from John Edey and a the rest to my Son if it please god to remove my Daughter Jane by death I order his portion 1 be equally to be given equally my Son and Daughter. This day came before me the subject am Wright and being dulcifled upon the holy Evangelist sayeth that the above particulars or the last words of the above said Robert McFerson and that the said Robert was in his perfect mind and memory and had the use of reason at the said time taken before me ¢ Day and year being above written only the alteration of that except from between a mare and colt she is not position in and furred say it not A true copy his wright York County mark. Personally came before me the subserbor duly register For the probate of Wills and granter of letters of Administration for the County afs, John md on his solemn oath say that the within written Contains the substance of the last words of Robert McFerson Deec pouch-Ing the disposal of his Estate and that if he on his death bed lived he would have his Wi] Written agreeable to the within writing but that if he died The said John should keep their words in remembrance sworn before me The 31st day of Jan 1749.
