Last Will and Testament of Magdalena MILLER, late of Hopewell township, York 
county Pennsylvania deceased.
Recorded and compared in Will Book B.B. NO. 2, page 259

In the name of God Amen
I Magdalena MILLER of Hopewell township York county and state of Pennsylvania 
am weak of body but of sound mind memory and understanding do make and publish 
this my last will and testament in the following manner to wife.
FIRST I commit my should into the hands of Almighty God and order my body to 
be buried in a Christian like manner.
SECOND I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses to be 
fully paid out of my Estate by my Executor which I will hereinafter appoint. I 
order that: Head and foot stones to be put up at my Grave as soon as 
convenient after my decease and the same to be paid of of my estate by my 
Executor I order and direct that all my personal property shall be sold at 
public sale by my executor to the highest bidders. I order and direct that my 
son Samuel MILLER is to have one hundred and twenty dollars per year out of my 
estate to be counted from the 21st day of March 1878 the same to continue 
during my natural lifetime the same is intended for my board and attendance 
during my lifetime and the Ballance or Residue of my Estate after debts 
Expenses and bequests are fully satisfied if there be such ballance shall be 
equally divided Between the following children
Edwil MILLER, Jeremiah MILLER, Samuel MILLER, Franklin MILLER, Ellen MILLER 
now intermarried with Henry BLOUSE; Sarah J. MILLER intermarried with Cirus 
McWILLIAMS and Emma MILLER share and share alike.
I do hereby appoint my son Samuel MILLER executor of this my last will and 
testament hereby revoking all wills heretofore by me made. In Witness whereof 
I have here unto set my hand and seal this Fourth day of February A. D. one 
thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty
