WILL
I Clara M. MITZEL single woman, of the township of Newberry, County of York 
and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory do make, publih and 
declare this as and for my last will and testament, herby revoking and making 
with and works any and all wills and testaments in the nature thereof, by me 
at anytime hereto fore made.
FIRST, I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses, whether nat..., 
personal or mixed, do give devise and bequeath the same absolutely to my 
sister Martha A. MITZEL.
     I nominate, constiture and appoint my sister, Martha A. MITZEL to be the 
executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness hand where of, I hereunto set and seal this day of Jan 14th 1933.

....adjoin lands formerly of Catharine LING, Josiah BASEHORE, Henry REESER et

improved with a 2 1/2/ story frame dwelling house frame garage
decedents' 1/2 interest at #325.00
