Last Will and Testament of Harvey W. Mummert late of Hanover Borough, York County, State of 
Pennsylvania, deceased.


I, Harvey W. Mummert, of the Borough of Hanover, York County, Pennsylvania, being of sound 
mind, memory and understanding do make, publish, pronounce and declare this to be my last will 
and testament in manner and form as follows, to-wit:

AND FIRST: - I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executors 
hereinafter named as soon after my decease as convenient.

ITEM: - All my estate real and personal I order and direct my hereinafter named executors to 
convert into money at either public or private sale, and the moneys arising from such sale or 
sales, together with any money I die seized or possessed of, or to which I may be entitled at 
the time of my decease, after the payment of necessary costs and expenses, including transfer 
inheritance taxes, I give, devise and bequeath the equal one third part thereof unto my son 
Ervin S. Mummert, his heirs and assigns; the equal one third part thereof until my son Charles 
H. Mummert, his heirs and assigns; the equal one third part thereof unto my son Amos L. 
Mummert, his heirs and assigns.

AND LASTLY I nominate, constitute and appoint my three sons Ervin S. Mummert, Charles H. 
Mummert and Amos L. Mummert, Executors of this my last will and testament.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I, Harvey W. Mummert, have to this my last will and testament set my hand 
and seal this nineth day of April A. D. 1926.

Signed, sealed, published, pronounced and declared by the above named Harvey W. Mummert as and 
for his last will and testament, in the presence of us, who at his request and in his presence 
and in the presence of eachother, have hereunto set our names as witnesses thereto.
