PERAGO of York City York County, state of Pennsylvania I, Jacob M. PERAGO, of 370 South Sherman Street, and the city of York, County of York state of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing memory and understanding, do make today, publish and declare the following to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void any former will or wills by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: I order and direct that my body be decently buried in accordance with my state and situation in life, and that all just debts and funeral expenses be first paid fully satisfied out my estate by me herein after named executors. SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter, Sadie ALTINE, the sum of one ($1.00) Dollar, absolutely. THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter, Irene GRIM, the sum of one ($1.00) Dollar, absolutely. FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath unto my son Jacob M. PERAGO, Jr. the sum of one ($1.00) Dollar, absolutely. FIFTH: I give, devise unto my daughter, Esther BURGER, the sum of one ($1.00) Dollar, absolutely. SIXTH: I give, devise unto my son, Albert PERAGO, the sum of one ($1.00) Dollar, absolutely. SEVENTH: All the rest, residue in remainder of my estate, be the same real, personal or mixed, and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath unto my son Orville F. PERAGO and my friend Bernice M SUESS in equal shares, absolutely. EIGHTH: I order and directed to any of my legatees herein mentioned be dissatisfied in the any attempt to revoke this my will, or cause any trouble, they shall be disinherited and not share in my estate. SIGNED: Jacob M. PERAGO (original signature, but very shaky) WITNESS: Margaret Klyeman Amanda E. Quickel LASTLY: I do hereby nominated, constitute an appoint my son Orville F. PERAGO and my friend Bernice M. SUESS, executors of this my last will and testament, to, they too have full power and authority to act without giving bond, and to have full of power and authority to execute any deed or other instrument of writing with the same force and effect as I could do if living and personally present. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, Jacob M. PERAGO, the Testator, have to this my last will and testament set my hand and my seal this 25th day of July, D.C. 1938. SIGNED: Jacob M. PERAGO deceased, were granted to Orville F. PERAGO and Bernice M. SUESS, the executors name in said Will, after being duly qualified according to law, on the fifth day of December, A.
