PERAGO, of City of York, County of York and State of Pennsylvania, Being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make, published, and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making to void any former wills, by me, that any time heretofore made. FIRST, It is my will and I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as soon as can be conveniently done, by my executrix herein after named. SECOND, I give and bequeath onto my beloved daughter Cora E. LINK ten shares of Jacob Dold Packing Company, of Buffalo, New York. THIRD, I give and bequeath to my son, William Harvey PERAGO, $600 out of my estate. FOURTH, I give and bequeath unto my son Meredith W. PERAGO one share of Pelican Life Insurance Company Philadelphia. FIFTH, I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Mary EMIG three hundred and fifty out of my estate. ITEM, I give and bequeath onto my son Nevin H. PERAGO, three hundred dollars out of my estate. ITEM, After all my just debts, funeral expenses and former bequests are paid as well as the expense of setting up this my estate, whatever remains out of my said estate, I give and bequeath the same unto my beloved daughter to said Cora E. LINK. LASTLY, I hereby nominate constitute an appoint one beloved daughter this said Cora E. LINK, executrix of this my last Will and Testament with full power and authority to sell my real estate: at public or private sale to the best advantage in to give a proper deed for same, the same as I could have done is living. AND WITNESS WHEREOF I John C. PERAGO the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this 10th day of October in the year of our Lord 1916. SIGNED: John C. PERAGO, LATE OF YORK CITY, YORK COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, DECEASED, and grant of LETTERS TESTAMENTARY. TO EDWARD BUPP, ESQ. Register of Wills of York County, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The petition of Cora E. THINK of York City, York County, Penn., respectfully shows, the John C. TORONTO being at the time in the resident of York City, York County, all Pennsylvania, died test date at York City, PA, when the ninth day of September, A. D. 1917 at 4:00 AM That the defendant left to survive him no spouse. That the defendant left to survive in the following named children, viz: Mary EMIG daughter Lancaster, Pennsylvania Cora E. LINK daughter York, Pennsylvania Meredith W. PERAGO son York, Pennsylvania Nevin PERAGO son San Francisco, California William PERAGO son Buffalo, New York That the persons above named are all next of kin of said decedent. That said decedent was possessed of Goods, Chattels, Rights and credits to the value of about one thousand three hundred dollars ($1300). That this said decedent died seized and possessed of a certain tract of land with a house thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the seventh Ward, of the city of York, Pennsylvania, ------, North Queen Street. That there are no encumbrances against said real estate that there are no debts against such real estate, excepting funeral expenses, a doctor bills and cost the settling the estate. Therefore the said Cora E. LINK, whose post office address is No. 833 West Poplar Street, York, Pennsylvania, respectively petitioned the Register to admit said Will to probate, and to grant Letters Testamentary thereon to Cora E.
