 I, Meredith W. PERAGO, of the city of York, York County, Pennsylvania, being 
a sound mind, memory and understanding do make publish and declare this my 
last will and testament in manner informed following; to wit:
FIRST; I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses the duty 
paid and satisfied as soon after my death is conveniently can be done.
ITEM; I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Mary Z. PERAGO, her 
heirs and assigns forever, all my property, real, personal and mixed, of what 
nature and kind soever, and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my 
death.
LASTLY; I nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this 
my last will and testament. 
In witness whereof, I, Meredith W. PERAGO, the testator, have to this my last 
will and testament set my hand and seal this 12th day of February A. D. 1932.

Sign, sealed, published in declared by the above named Meredith W. PERAGO, the 
testator for his list will a testament, and the presence of us, who have 
hereunto subscribed her names at his request as witnesses thereto, and the 
presence of the said testator and each other and at the same time.

MEMORANDUM
Meredith W. PERAGO this said decedent, died on the first day of December A.D. 
1943, at or about the hour of 8: 15 o'clock P. M., of said day as per 
affidavit of death, filed on the 15th day of December A.D. 1943.

LETTERS TESTAMENTARY on the foregoing Will of Meredith W. PERAGO deceased, 
were granted to Mary Z. PERAGO the executrix named in the said will, after 
being duly qualified according to law on the 15th day at December A. D. 1943
