First I order that all my ? and Funeral Expences by Honestly paid by my Executors herein after named. Item I give and Bequeath unto Catherina my Beloved wife the Bed we now Lay in with the Bedstead, further I Give Devise and Bequeath unto my aforesaid wife and her Heirs and assigns for Ever one Third part of all my Estate as well Real as personal. That is to Say Such third parts which by the Laws of this State are made & provided for Widows (after the Sale of my Lands & Tenements herein after Directed.) Item I Give and Bequeath unto my Son John Adam one Horse (of which is to take his Choice.) over and above his Equal Share of my Eastate herein after to him Devised. Item I Give and Bequeath in Like manner ass unto my son Christian one mare over & above his Equal Share of my Estate herein after to him Devised Item I Give and Bequeath unto Catherina my said wife my House and Lott of Ground in Botts Town and her Heirs and assigns for Ever Item is my will And I do hereby order and Direct that all my Dwelling plantation and other my Real and personal Estate herein not before Devised Shall be Sold at publik Vendue and the money arissing from the Sale there of Shall Equally Devided between all my Children Share and Share a Like.
