REACHARD my son Corn Sheller .....? box, Fat.. dress meat cutter, burrow and the flower carpet and to my daughter Lucie Ann KNAUB my best bed and bedstead and copper kettle and the stiped carpet. And to my daughter Malinda REACHARD I will my claim in the house I now live and the gardan as long as she wish to stay hear and if she wishes to live that George H. REACHERD shall pay her seventy five dollars ($75) and to Luce Ann KNAUB seventy five dollars ($75) and then the house and garden is his and six chairs and the table in the kitchen and the sink bench and the rest carpet and the balance of my furniture the said George H. REACHARD and Luce An and Malinda shall divide among themselves SIGNED: Elizabeth Rechard (her mark) in the presence of H. D. 1884 -- LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION with the will annexed of Elizabeth REACHARD decd. were granted to George H. REACHARD, the oldest surviving son of said deceased after being duly qualified according to the law on the 20th of April A.
