I Mathias REIGART of the Township of Springettsbury County of York and State 
of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind memory and understanding, do make and 
publish this my last will an Testament, hereby revoking and making void all 
former wills by me at anytime heretofore made.  
FIRST, I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be fully paid and 
satisfied, by my executor hereinafter named as soon as can conveniently be 
done after my decease. 
ITEM.  It is my will and I direct that one third of my estate be placed in 
trust by my executors hereinafter named, for my beloved wife Mary REIGART, 
during her natural life, and the e interest thereof be paid her annually for 
her support which shall be in liew of her dower at law; and that after the 
decease of my said wife the said Mary REIGART, the said principal sum shall be 
divided share and share alike amongst my children to wit: Albert RIGART, 
Mathias REIGART, Jr, William REIGART, Zacherias REIGART, Mary now intermarried 
to John A. FERREE, Angeline, widow of O. J. HARTMAN, Sarah REIGART, 
intermarried to Jacob A. BILLET, and Agnes REIGART, now intermarried to 
Charles F MARTIN.
ITEM.  All the residue and remainder of my said estate. I give devise and 
bequeath unto my aforesaid children share and share alike.  And should any of 
my said children be owing to my estate any notes, after my decease, then and 
in such case, any such notes so owing shall be deducted from the respective 
shares of the ones so owing said notes in payment of the same.  Lastly I 
hereby constitute and appoint my four sons, Albert REIGART, Mathias REIGART, 
Jr, William REIGART, and Zacharias REIGART executors of this my last will and 
testament. In witness whereof, I, Mathias REIGART, the testator have herunto 
set my hand and seal this 1st day of April A. D. one thousand eight hundred 
and ninety eight.

MEMORANDUM
Mathias REIGART the said decedent, died on the fourth day of October A. D. 
1907, at or about the hour of 1:50 o'clock a.m. of said day, as per affidavit 
of death in Book No. 13 page 386 filed on the eleventh day of October A. D. 
1907.
