I , Anna Reitinger widow of West Manchester Township in the County of York and State of Pennsylvania, yeomen, being sick and weak in body but of sound Mind and understanding thanks to God for the same, and as touching to this worldly estate which it hath pleased God to bless me with, I give and dispose of the same in the following manner to wit, first it is my will and I do order that all my Just Debts and funeral expenses be duly Discharged and paid. Item. I give and bequeath unto my son Micheal Reitinger and to his heirs and assigns for ever all my personal Estate of what kind, matter or name it may be whatsoever to have and to hold to him the said Micheal Reitinger as a love paid for Reason as he hath been at the trouble of keeping and taking care of me. And lastly, I appoint my said son Micheal Reitinger to be the whole and sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament hereby Revoking all other wills and Legacies by me heretofore made ratifying and Confirming this and no other to be my Last will and testament. In testimony whereof I have Hereunto set my hand and seal the fifteenth Day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ten Signed Sealed and Delivered In the presents of us: John Sharp Anna Reitinger, widow [signed by mark AR] York County, PA} Before me, Jacob Barnitz, Registrar for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of administration in and for the County of York in the State of Pennsylvania. Personally came John Sharp Esq. And Michael Bentz, the two subscribing Witnesses to the foregoing Instrument of writing and on their solemn Oath Do severally say that they were personally present and saw and heard the foregoing named Anna Reitinger, Widow, make her mark unto and Seal and publish the foregoing Instrument of writing as and for her Last Will and Testament and at the time of the doing thereof, she the said Anna Reitinger was of Sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief; and what they subscribed their names thereto as Witnesses in the presence of the said Testatrix and at her request and also in the presence of each other at the same time.
