     [Undated]. Of Newberry Twp. Wife Anna Catharina shall have all household 
goods, cattle, horned cattle, whatever belongs to the land as well as the 
land. If the burden with the children becomes too great she shall sell a 
thing or two for food and cloting, but shall not be required to undergo 
compulsory service. One of the children should be willing to learn a trade. 
If widow remarries, the land, cattle, and household goods, including 
everything except her bed, shall be held by two freeholders and Anna shall 
live there until the youngest boy comes of age. The the eldest boy has a 
right to the land, to accept it for the price for which it is appraised. If 
he does not want to accept the land, Anna Catharina shall be offered it next, 
and then her children, but if they do not want it, everything shall be 
auctioned. If Anna is able to better her situation, she is not bound to the 
land. What she receives from the auction shall be divided equally, except 
Anna shall have a third of the proceeds, and then share equally with the 
children. The eldest son shall have five pounds in advance. Executors: wife
