Jan 11, 1790 York Co., PA Court - Will of Jacob Simon

At a court Held for Botetourt County the 14th day of October 1788, Christian 
Harshberger and Jacob Miller came into court and made oath that Jacob Simmon 
before his death directed that the land he lives on together with another tract 
purchased by him from William Allen be divided equally between his four sons, to 
wit, John, Philip, Christian & Adam Simon, and on the motion of the said John & 
Philip Simon the same is ordered to be recorded.
